Ovarian Loss in Laparoscopic and Robotic Cystectomy Compared Using Artificial Intelligence Pathology

CONCLUSION: Robotic assistance reduces the area of ovarian and follicular loss during cystectomy of endometrioma especially in bilateral disease and increasing cyst size.
