Transradial access (TRA) has become the dominant access site for coronary procedures over the past two decades1. Its ability to decrease access site complications and costs without a decrease in procedural success has led to an increase in adoption2. Fairly early in the process of adoption, patient comfort was found to be superior with radial access compared to femoral access3.
