Cesarean hysterectomy for placenta accreta spectrum: Surgeon specialty-specific assessment

CONCLUSION: These data suggest that patient characteristics and surgical procedures related to cesarean hysterectomy for placenta accreta spectrum differ based on surgeon specialty. Gynecologic oncologists appear to manage more severe forms of placenta accreta spectrum.
