Comparison of polypharmacy and potentially inappropriate medication use in older adults with and without dementia receiving residential medication management reviews
CONCLUSIONS: In a study of residents receiving RMMR, polypharmacy and PIMs were highly common, and those with dementia were more likely to be exposed to inappropriate polypharmacy.
