Management of Length Unstable Femur Fractures in Children by Flexible Intramedullary Nails: A Systematic Review

CONCLUSIONS: FIN along with a single walking spica cast is a good choice in all forms of paediatric femoral fracture patterns allowing proper alignment and rotation.
