Congenital absence of fallopian tubes with malpositioned ovary seen at time of endometriosis surgery

20-year-old presented with pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea. Prior treatment included oral contraceptives and laparoscopic adhesiolysis Findings from prior surgery revealed absent left fallopian tube and “left ovarian remnant” adhesed to pelvic sidewall. Outside pelvic magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound revealed uterus in the left hemi-pelvis, right ovary in the posterior cul-de-sac, and left ovary medial to the internal iliac near the sigmoid No deep infiltrating endometriosis was noted.
