Contributory factors to early neonatal deaths in the Upper East Regional Hospital in Ghana

CONCLUSION: The study identified many factors, such as medical personnel-related factors, transportation and communication factors, family-related factors, and health facility administration factors, contributing to early neonatal deaths.
