To the editor: patient selection for ovarian tissue cryopreservation: should there be a strict age limit?

We thank Brady (1) for their editorial accompanying our manuscript (2). We agree that the age at ovarian tissue cryopreservation (OTC) is a critical factor in ovarian tissue transplantation (OTT) success, similar to how age affects in  vitro fertilization treatment success rates. However, because there are numerous factors that affect OTT success, we do not impose a strict age limit on patient selection.
