Crosstalk between autophagy and inflammasomes in ricin-induced inflammatory injury

In conclusion, RT promoted NLRP3 inflammasome activation and autophgay. Inflammation induced by RT was attenuated by autophagy activation, which suppressed the NLRP3 inflammasome.
