Aortic\Height Index as a Predictor of Symptomatic Status in Patients With AAA in a Southern Brazilian Population
The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of using the aortic/height index (AHI) compared to abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) diameter alone in risk-stratifying patients and predicting the likelihood of presentation with a symptomatic or ruptured aneurysm in a Southern Brazilian population. Additionally, we evaluated the AHI as a predictor of in-hospital mortality.
