A Non-Traumatic True Aneurysm of the Superficial Palmar Arch, Treated With a Flow Diverter Stent: A Unique Approach

We present a true aneurysm at the superficial palmar arch, that was managed endovascularly, for the first time, by the deployment of a neuro flow diverter stent.
