Reply to the Editor —The Role of Atrioventricular Delay in Determining Right Ventricular Function with Left Bundle Pacing

We thank Drs Strocchi, Niederer, and Rinaldi for their interest in our study1 and allowing us the opportunity to further explain our work. Strocchi et  al issue a comment regarding our study, pointing out that we did not report whether atrioventricular delay (AVD) was optimized for each patient. We agree that this is an important detail. Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) lead implantation was considered successful when a right bundle branch block (RBBB) paced QRS complex appeared, indicating that LBBP induced RBBB-like activation.
