Effectiveness and safeties of hemocoagulase and tranexamic acid to reduce perioperative blood loss in intertrochanteric fracture PFNA fixation

In conclusions, the combined use of systemic preoperative and local postoperative hemocoagulase and TXA spraying is found to significantly decrease perioperative blood loss in intertrochanteric fracture patients undergoing PFNA.
