Collateral Coronary Flow in the Interventricular Septum Detected on Intracardiac Echocardiography Imaging

A 72-year-old man with severe coronary artery disease (CAD) and coronary artery bypass grafting complicated by ischemic cardiomyopathy and ventricular tachycardia (VT) was referred for redo VT ablation. Coronary angiography (CA) prior to the ablation procedure showed a patent left internal mammary artery (LIMA) to the left anterior descending (LAD) artery graft and occluded venous grafts to the obtuse marginal branch and right coronary artery (RCA) with collateral branches supplying the RCA and circumflex artery.
