Hemorrhagic Shock in Isolated and Non-isolated Pelvic Fractures: A Registries-Based Study

Conclusion: In young patients with pelvic fractures, severe associated injuries were common, but isolated pelvic fractures rarely presented with profound shock upon arrival.
