Exploring the role of personality, perfectionism, and self-compassion on the relationship between clinical decision-making and nurses' wellbeing

CONCLUSION: Findings highlight the role of individual differences when looking at the impact of clinical decision-making upon nurses' wellbeing and offers explanation for any variance in moral distress experience across nursing professionals.
