Evaluating a Health Equity Podcast for Provider Practice Change: A Cross-sectional Study

Children are a vulnerable population that requires special attention in health care, but marginalized groups may require additional efforts to bridge health inequity gaps that stem from bias, stigma, and disparities. Children from marginaluzed [minority] groups may face health disparities related to their race, ethnicity, gender and sexual identity, mental health problems, and weight (Cheng et al., 2015). Over half of American children identify as a racial or ethnic minority (United States Census Bureau, 2022).
