Cerclage sling technique using temporalis muscle fascia to manage paralytic lagophthalmos: A preliminary study

CONCLUSION: Cerclage using the temporalis muscle fascia sling technique is a safe and effective procedure to treat facial nerve paralytic lagophthalmos.
