Abstract No. 141 Compassionate ablative radioembolization of a large inoperable renal cell carcinoma invading the liver that resulted in hematuria control and complete necrosis by mRECIST
A 77-year-old male patient presented with uncontrolled hematuria because of a large renal mass (maximum diameter 9.3 cm; biopsy-proven renal cell carcinoma (RCC)) that also invaded the adjacent liver segments V and VI. He was under anticoagulant therapy for atrial fibrillation and on hemodialysis because of diabetes. He was on long-term Cabozantinib treatment with stable lung and soft tissue metastases.
