"Let's talk about sleep health": Patient perspectives on willingness to engage in psychological interventions for insomnia
CONCLUSION: This study highlights key factors influencing patients' intention to engage in psychological interventions for insomnia as well as opportunities for GPs to support uptake and engagement.
