A hospital-wide group approach to promote open dialogues of workplace issues and staff wellbeing with Schwartz Rounds

CONCLUSIONS: This study suggests acceptability and feasibility of implementing Schwartz Rounds within an Australian public health setting, particularly when facilitated by skilled mental health professionals.
