Assessing quality assurance of multi-leaf collimator using the structural similarity index

CONCLUSIONS: Our findings demonstrate that the SSI* exhibits greater sensitivity than the Gamma index test in detecting MLC positioning errors and dose changes between static and VMAT modes.
