High-throughput mass spectrometry analysis using immediate drop-on-demand technology coupled with an open port sampling interface

CONCLUSIONS: This work illustrates the development of a noncontact, automated I.DOT/OPSI-MS system with improved throughput achieved through an optimized software interface.
