Dupilumab Improves Urticaria-Specific Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria Uncontrolled by H1 Antihistamines
Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) negatively impacts patients ’ quality of life (QoL). The Chronic Urticaria Quality of Life Questionnaire (CU-Q2oL) captures physical, psychosocial, and practical domains of QoL in CSU patients. The current analysis evaluated the effect of dupilumab on CU-Q2oL items in omalizumab-naïve CSU patients inadequately controlled wi th H1 antihistamines.
