144. Pilot Study of a Telehealth + Mhealth Cannabis Use Intervention for Young Adults (MOMENT-V)

Cannabis use among young adults (YAs) 18-25 years is at the highest level in 20 years; almost 5 million YAs have cannabis use disorder (CUD). YAs with CUD, especially those of racial/ethnic minorities and lower income, face numerous barriers to treatment. To improve treatment access, we developed a virtual form of a counseling-plus-mhealth intervention, Momentary Self-Monitoring and Feedback + Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MOMENT-V). This open pilot preliminarily evaluated satisfaction and engagement with MOMENT-V.
