Cangrelor With Heparin For Left Ventricular Assist Device Implantation In The Setting Of Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia

We report the successful use of cangrelor with heparin during HeartMate III left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation in a patient with prior history of cardiac surgery.
