Opioid induced esophageal disorder (OIED) often presents as spastic esophageal disorders (SEDs) and esophagogastric junction outflow obstruction (EGJOO). We aimed to evaluate and compare clinical outcomes of POEM for SEDs and EGJOO among opioid users and non-users.
