62. Novel solution for failed reconstruction plate to restore post traumatic hemi-mandibulectomy defect. A future direction?

A 42-year-old presented with Brown 2 hemi-mandibulectomy defect treated with a reconstruction plate in Georgia. The distal osteosynthesis had failed; the plate was extruding through the skin with no local infection.
