P068 Orbital apex compression from greater wing of sphenoid fracture – a surgical challenge

We present a case of zygomatic complex and greater wing of sphenoid fracture with compression of the orbital apex, resulting in 3rd nerve palsy following a quad bike accident, and a review of the literature.
