Population PK and exposure-response (ER) analyses to support dosing of teduglutide in infant patients with short bowel syndrome (SBS)

Rationale: SBS is a malabsorption disorder resulting from a surgical resection of the bowel or a congenital condition. Patients with SBS, dependent on parenteral support (PS), may require long-term teduglutide. The PK and ER relationship in SBS infants were evaluated by a population modeling and simulation approach to support teduglutide dosing in this population.
