We have read Dr Kazuya Yoshida ’s perspective about the possible entanglement of bruxism and oromandibular dystonia (OMD) with a lot of interest.1 The difficulties arising from the partially overlapping constructs,2 as well as the worlds-apart of dentistry and medicine,3 are highly recognizable.
