Healthcare IT Today recently visited Redrick Technologies in London, Ontario, to explore their cutting-edge radiology workstations. Redrick’s unique approach involves constantly listening to and incorporating customer feedback. The company is a shining example of user-centric design. Their many happy customers are proof that this is not only helps them stand out in a competitive market, but also ensures they remain ahead of their competitors in terms of product design. A History of Listening Redrick started as a general contractor in construction management. One of their early customers was a local radiology group. This was in the early days of the transition from film-based to digital-based radiology. “We listened to their problems and it was clear they had ergonomic challenges,” explained G.
