Right-Sided Approach for Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing is Feasible and Successful
Conduction system pacing has gained popularity for bradycardia and cardiac resynchronization therapy indications. Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) is a more straightforward technique with better long term outcomes compared to His bundle pacing.1 Conduction system pacing has traditionally been performed via left-sided (LS) sub-clavicular venous access, and only one study has reported a right-sided (RS) approach for His bundle pacing.2 There is little information on the safety, feasibility, and success rates of RS approach for LBBAP.
