The proposed two-day conclave will bring together experts, activists, governmental, and law enforcement officials from throughout India and pair them with U.S. counterparts (which may include the Drug Enforcement Administration, Legal Attaché, and other Embassy offices). The conclave may also include international organizations such as the United Nations Office on Drugs & Crime (UNODC) and the International Labor Organization (ILO) to foster greater coordination to combat human trafficking and forced labor.
