This article will discuss AACAP ’s strategic plan for diversifying the workforce, this will be done with 3 main points: promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all mission area, creating a pipeline of child and adolescent psychiatrists, and monitoring DEI activities and progress on an organizational level.
