The joint effect of sleep and physical activity on low back pain
Introduction: Low back pain (LBP) is the highest contributor towards global disability. Previous studies have shown that lifestyle factors such as sleep and physical activity (PA) are associated with LBP. However, the possible synergistic effect of sleep and physical activity on LBP remains unknown. The aim of this study was to examine the joint association of sleep quality and PA on activity limitation due to LBP.
