Clinical validation of FusionPlex RNA-sequencing and its utility in the diagnosis and classification of hematologic neoplasms

In this study, we validated the FusionPlex pan-Heme panel analysis using anchored multiplex PCR/targeted RNA next-generation sequencing for routine clinical testing.
