Thursday, February 6, 2014 -- NIH Global Health Interest Group 2014 Symposium: The Role of Genomics Research in Global Health

This symposium will feature talks on a range of topics in genomics and global health (microbiome, infectious diseases, inherited/genetic conditions, non-communicable diseases, genetic engineering), including speakers from NIH, HHS Office of Global Affairs, and universities in the region. NIH Director Francis Collins will be a special guest and Fogarty International Center's Dr. Jim Herrington will be the keynote speaker.
