Unveiling the burden of compassion fatigue in nurses
CONCLUSION: During the pandemic process, nurses have experienced compassion fatigue due to various factors and have seen its symptoms. Nurses have developed various coping mechanisms individually. However, they have not indicated any institutional-level support.
