Targeting HNRNPA2B1 inhibits enterovirus 71 replication in SK-N-SH cells

CONCLUSION: HNRNPA2B1 protein redistributed from nucleus to cytoplasm and is highly expressed in the cytoplasm during EV-71 infection. Inhibition of HNRNPA2B1 levels effectively inhibits EV-71 replication in SK-N-SH cells.PMID:37716669 | DOI:10.1016/j.virusres.2023.199224
