Plasma metanephrines yield fewer false-positive results than urine metanephrines in obstructive sleep apnea patients

CONCLUSION: In OSA patients, plasma metanephrines are less likely to yield false-positive results for the diagnosis of PPGL than 24-hour urinary metanephrines.
