Chordoma concurrent with benign notochordal cell tumor of the mobile- should the chordoma part be biopsied? - A stepwise approach for management

We present an educational rare case of lumbar vertebral BNCTs concomitant with a destructive lesion not reachable on biopsy but thought to be chordoma.
