Liberia: Advocacy Group Calls for Repeal of Discriminatory Laws, End to Stigmatization Against Persons Living With HIV and Key Populations

[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -- Delegates at the two-day National Anti-Stigma, Discrimination, and Advocacy Conference have presented a 10-point resolution to the Government of Liberia, urging the review and repeal of discriminatory laws that contribute to stigma against persons living with HIV (PLHIV), key populations (KP), and adolescent girls and women (AGYW). The resolution also calls for government intervention to safeguard their rights and dignity.
