Assessment of eosinophilic rhinosinusitis cases that required secondary treatment (biologics or reoperation) during long-term postoperative courses

Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) is selected as the primary treatment for eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis (ECRS). Biologics or reoperation are sometimes required as secondary treatment after ESS. The present study examined the long-term postoperative courses of ECRS cases treated according to the current treatment concept, the frequency of secondary treatment, and its predictive factors.
