The grant recipient will be responsible for all program elements, including recruitment and selection of participants in cooperation with the United States Embassy in Moscow, securing visas, arranging travel, conducting a pre-departure orientation, organizing placements for the journalists in American newsrooms, monitoring participant progress, and ensuring their return to Russia.
