Effects of an educational intervention based on the health belief model on COVID-19 preventive behaviors among health personnel in Abadan, Iran

ConclusionThis study showed that an educational intervention based on the health belief model improved COVID-19 preventive behaviors in health personnel. Hence, this model can serve as a useful framework for designing and implementing educational interventions for prevention of COVID-19. The proposed model was found to be useful as a framework for the design, implementation, and monitoring of healthcare programs.
