Using an Implantable Loop Recorder to Investigate the Incidence of New Onset Atrial Fibrillation at One Month Following Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation

New-onset AF (NOAF) is independently associated with increased death and rehospitalisation post-TAVI and may also explain delayed onset stroke. The incidence is estimated to be 10% at one month, but this has not been well studied.
