Response to “Letter to Editor: Continuous Versus Pulsatile Flow in 24-h Vascularized Composite Allograft Machine Perfusion in Swine: A Pilot Study”

We are writing in reply to the “Letter to the editor: Continuous versus Pulsatile Flow in 24-Hour Vascularized Composite Allograft Machine Perfusion in Swine: A Pilot Study” in which the authors provide additional insights about our study.1 First, we would like to thank the authors for considering our work and for their contr ibution to enhancing knowledge on machine perfusion in the field of vascularized composite allotransplantation. In this reply, we aim to provide a point-by-point response to each comment made by the authors.
