Associations between parent-reported sleep duration and adiposity in Chinese early adolescents
Conclusions
Short sleep duration was associated with higher adiposity indices in early adolescents from China, especially in girls. Interventions focusing on modifying adolescents' sleep habits may potentially prevent obesity and overweight.
