Cannabidiol as a Harm Reduction Strategy for People Who Use Drugs: A Rapid Review

CONCLUSION: Low-quality evidence suggests that CBD may reduce drug cravings and other addiction-related symptoms and that CBD may have utility as an adjunct harm reduction strategy for people who use drugs.
